Redirecting Children's Behavior
About The Course
"Redirecting Children's Behavior" is a powerful course designed to help you create the family of your dreams. Would you like more cooperation and support? If you answered yes, then this class is for you. The course Redirecting Children's Behavior gives parents fast, effective ways to become calmer and more confident and to raise their children to be responsible and cooperative. Parents are given easy-to-learn positive parenting techniques that allow them to redirect their children's behavior through loving guidance rather than ineffective punishment. They will learn tips on using logical consequences, setting limits, and achieving peaceful resolution of conflicts. Redirecting Children's Behavior is a certified course through the International Network for Children and Families (INCAF). Founded over twenty years ago by Kathryn Kvols, INCAF has now certified over 1,000 parenting educators and the Redirecting Children's Behavior course is currently taught in eleven countries world wide. Course Outline
Five weekly classes are held for a total of 12.5 hours of instruction. This allows adequate time to practice and master the concepts and methods. Weekly goals are set by each participant. Problems and successes are shared in a warm supportive environment. Session 1

As parents of a 3 1/2 yr old, my wife and I took RCB with the hope of learning how to communicate better with our little girl. We thoroughly enjoyed the class and came away with tools to use immediately that have greatly improved our relationship with our child. This is by far the best class I have ever taken. Susie, you’re amazing! I really feel strongly that every parent, and parent-to-be, needs to take this class. Not only have I used my new found knowledge at my job as a nanny, I also use it personally. The most important thing is awareness! I recommend this class to everyone! It has helped more than I could put into words. I respond differently to my child with a change in my heart. I haven’t seen profound changes in our relationship, but my daughter does tell me that I am a better mom. : ) It created self-awareness when I do things in my old, ineffective patterns, and the successes I have experienced encourage me to continue to put the RCB methods into practice. This class made me appreciate my kids more. It gave me tools to begin healing the damage home of many years of dysfunction and autocratic parenting. Too many ways to list here! This class is EXCELLENT! It changed my whole image of parenting and communication. I am thrilled to have new tools that work. The class was everything and more than I expected. I plan on retaking the class over and over and over. It brought us closer. Our older child whines a lot less. This class benefited me and my child, and brought us closer together. The class was wonderful I’ve become more aware of my parenting style and what I need to change not how I need to change my children’s behavior. We have embraced these principles and are applying them to our relationship with our child, each other, family and friends. The best class I have ever taken. Incredible, my wife had taken RCB 3 years prior and I did not get what’s going on. She was doing better with our son than me. Now I am totally on board and understand. Awesome class. WOW!
