Denise Peralta
Team Leader

Denise was born in Berkeley, CA and raised in Northern California. She is a Certified Parent Educator through INCAF, has a bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Chinese, has studied French, and has been a receptionist, grief counselor, technician, and manager at a Veterinary hospital for the last 13 years. Always having an interest in true communication, Denise was frustrated with her own family’s dynamics and wished for a more connected, fun, and peaceful environment to raise her children. After the arrival of her second child and subsequently more challenges, she knew she needed help and took Redirecting Children’s Behavior. The RCB course has changed her and her family’s life drastically! They are now able to ask for what they need, treat each other lovingly, have more fun, and know their agreements and boundaries – all of which makes for a much more connected and peaceful family. Denise brings her passion, sensitivity, and caring to her classes and is excited about the positive changes that occur when she shares RCB with families in her community. She also teaches New Kids On The Block classes, a parent and child class for preschoolers at Indigo Village.

Heather Lampron, Joe O'Quinn, M. Ed

Heather and Joe coach as a team to provide both a mother's and a father's perspective. Their mission is to provide support to parents so that the home is a haven for all members of the family. Heather and Joe have three teenagers, and gained so much from the RCB course that they decided to teach RCB so that other families can benefit from these tools.  As an elementary school teacher, Joe uses the RCB techniques in his classroom, called Redirecting for a Cooperative Classroom (RCC), and the results are just as amazing in the classroom as they are at home. Prior to becoming a teacher, Joe served in the Marine Corps for 11 years.   Heather and Joe have experience with the unique issues facing San Diego's military families. Heather and Joe are Certified Parent Educators, Relationship Coaches, and Family Coaches. They teach both RCB and RCC, and facilitate the Five Love Languages workshops based on the work of Gary Chapman to help enhance positive feelings in the home. They care a lot about families, and are patient and supportive as they help you make changes in your home.  It takes a village to raise a child, and we all can use a little help and support as parents! The skills that parents acquire through RCB make parenting a lot more fun, and reduce stress and conflict in families.   Joe and Heather will help you implement RCB techniques and bring cooperation and fun to your home.

“The Nanny 411 program has made a dramatic effect on my household. We no longer fight at dinner time and getting to school in the morning is no longer a hassle. Tracy is wonderful to work with and has helped us become better parents with our son. I would highly recommend Nanny 411”
